Data Deletion

You can ask for the data held by Smart Reply to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Email founder@tasami.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Merchants: the email address of your Smart Reply account and your store name. Please send the request from that email address.
• Customers of a store that uses Smart Reply: the name of the store you messaged, and the phone number (WhatsApp) or account name (Messenger, Instagram, Telegram) you messaged from. You can also ask the store directly; the store owns its customers' data and can ask us to delete it.

We will check that the request comes from the person concerned (or from the store that owns the data), confirm it by email, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

For a merchant account: the account and login details; store settings, products, pictures and advertising images; conversations, orders and customer details of the store; connected-channel identifiers and access tokens.

For a store's customer: their conversations with that store (including voice-note transcripts, image descriptions and picture fingerprints), their contact and delivery details, and their customer record.

Some information may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it (for example accounting records of orders), and copies in our providers' backups are removed as those backups are rotated.

Removing Smart Reply from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp

Removing the Smart Reply app from your Meta business settings stops Smart Reply from receiving or sending messages for that account. It does not by itself delete the data already stored; to delete it, send a request as described above.

كيف تطلب الحذف

راسلنا على founder@tasami.co بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات" واذكر:

• للتجار: البريد الإلكتروني لحسابك في سمارت رد واسم متجرك، ويُرجى إرسال الطلب من ذلك البريد.
• لزبائن متجر يستخدم سمارت رد: اسم المتجر الذي راسلته، ورقم الهاتف (واتساب) أو اسم الحساب (ماسنجر، إنستغرام، تيليجرام) الذي راسلت منه. ويمكنك أيضًا أن تطلب ذلك من المتجر مباشرة، فالمتجر هو مالك بيانات زبائنه ويمكنه أن يطلب منا حذفها.

سنتحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن الشخص المعني (أو عن المتجر المالك للبيانات)، ونؤكده بالبريد الإلكتروني، ونُتم الحذف خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

لحساب تاجر: الحساب وبيانات الدخول؛ إعدادات المتجر والمنتجات والصور والصور الإعلانية؛ محادثات المتجر وطلباته وبيانات زبائنه؛ معرّفات القنوات المربوطة ورموز الوصول.

لزبون متجر: محادثاته مع ذلك المتجر (بما فيها نصوص الرسائل الصوتية وأوصاف الصور وبصماتها الرقمية)، وبيانات التواصل والتوصيل الخاصة به، وسجلّه كزبون.

قد نحتفظ ببعض المعلومات لفترة محدودة حيث يلزم القانون بذلك (مثل السجلات المحاسبية للطلبات)، وتُزال النسخ الموجودة في النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزودينا مع تدوير تلك النسخ.

إزالة سمارت رد من فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو واتساب

إزالة تطبيق سمارت رد من إعدادات أعمالك في Meta توقف سمارت رد عن استقبال الرسائل وإرسالها لذلك الحساب، لكنها لا تحذف وحدها البيانات المحفوظة مسبقًا. لحذفها، أرسل طلبًا كما هو موضح أعلاه.
